According to http://www.clubpenguin.com/cpip/flash/CPIP_02.swf the Club Penguin Improvement Project is one day away from starting. It seems that you will get to have anew test penguin soon, a redesigned website later and new features even more. I think that the bugs are also going to get squashed and CP wants them squashed fast.
